Everything looked beautiful. Only problem was that one stain was still slightly there. It was not extremely noticeable unless you knew the stain was there before.
I am so pleased with the preservation of my wedding dress, veil, slip, and undergarments. it looks absolutely amazing I couldn't be more happy with the results. I can now look at my dress everyday and this pretty box and remember my wedding day. It is so worth it. The kit was on sale at David's Bridal for $99 and I think I paid like $40 extra to add in the veil bra and slip
I sent it out on a Tuesday, and I got it back the end of the next week! It was really fast, and my dress looked beautiful! Definitely recommend.
The first packaging came in with a small tear. They took it back and repaired it free of charge, great customer service!

This was such an easy process, no worrys and my gown came back looking amazing in a very nice preservation box.
My gown looks great except I wish the used my navy blue sash when they put it in the box instead they used the white sash that the dress came with. My dress looks way better with a colored sash that's actually when I fell in love with it in the store! Overall I'm satisfied and wish I could wear it again Now it looks so clean.
I was very nervous about sending my wedding dress away to be preserved. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived back at my house within just a few weeks. It looks amazing!! I couldn't have asked for anyone to do a better, more professional job with the dress I will cherish for the rest of my life. Thank you so very much!!
The process was extremely easy, quick turnaround. I can't actually see the project itself because it's sealed in a box so in 30 years I can let you know if the cleaning was actually done properly!
