The minute I saw my dress. I fell in love with it all over again. Such fast work! Returned to me quickly!
My experience with Memories Gown Preservation was great! The order form was thorough and the process to ship my dress was very easy to follow. When I received my dress it was preserved better than I had expected. I love that there was also an option to preserve my flower girl's dress as well. My only two suggestions would be: 1. To make the additional options known at the time of purchase. I had purchased two kits, because I didn't know that I could add my flower girl's dress onto my order form. 2. It was practically effortless. And I received my dress back much quicker then I was expecting. I am a very satisfied customer.
The process went fairly quickly, and I got my wedding dress back much sooner than I expected. I was very very pleased with the results! And now I get to keep my beautiful wedding dress in its new preservation box!
Pricing to add a veil was very high. The dress is only a size 4 and it was smashed into the top of the box. The string across the dress was extremely tight. I opened the box, and very glad I did, the dress was waded up into a knot under the top portion of the dress stuffed into the the top portion of the dress. Quick turn around time. Good customer service. Since the box is sealed for preservation, I cannot check to see if all stains were removed. But, in good faith, I will assume dress is clean.
My dress looks absolutely amazing in its new box!!! Looks as new as it did the day I bought it. Worth every penny!!!
My dress looks amazing even though I waited almost 2 years before I sent it in. I didn't expect the box to be as big. I only wished I also sent in my sash that I got for the wedding. They put my veil in there as well. Best thing about it is it doesn't move around in the box.
