I must say that your customer service department is outstanding. I had my dress sent out & noticed that the packaging was damaged in shipping. I contacted customer service and was immediately instructed on what to do. The agent was friendly and extremely helpful. The dress was sent back & taken care of. I couldn't have hoped for better service.
Well, since it's sealed and boxed, I can't speak to the quality of the workmanship, however, the entire process was quick and easy, even with a destination wedding and the gown & veil look beautiful!

The whole thing was quick and easy! And the gown and veil looked beautiful in its personalized box. I didn't want to open it up, so I'm not 100% sure of the quality of my gown head to toe, but it looks nice.
Beautiful work from what I can see in the window. My veil was extremely dirty since our venue was an outdoor garden setting. It is now beautifully restored and proudly displayed in the front of the box. The bust makes for a nice touch and really shows off the detail of the dress. Can't wait to share with my daughter someday in 20 years or so. Thank you!
