The instructions were easy. I gave it to the UPS that comes by the neighbors. Got the dress fast. I fell in love with it all over again. I wish i would have added my veil then it would have all been perfect. I hesitated to return my dress for a cleaning because i wanted to wear it again and again. Glad i did the preservation. It was worth it. I was shocked to see the dress so prefect in the box. a bit scary but looks great. Thanks!!

It was all very professional and met all my expectations. I was amazed at the turn around time ! I loved that fact that they contacted me as to when to expect delivery! it was securely packaged and the dress looked beautiful in the packaging. Completely satisfied and well worth the money! The dress inside the box looks nice but I was quite disappointed about the outcome of my box my keepsake dress is in. It has a large rip in it that seemed to be ignored and then wrapped up after it happened. And on the other side the box is bent. Would have liked the keepsake box to have been in better shape. On a good note, my dress looks beautiful
