I love my gown in the preservation box! It's beautiful !! The only thing I was disatisfied is when it shipped it was smashed a bit on the front from I suppose something sitting on it. The bow on my sash got smashed and bent up and I don't think there is any way to adjust it :-( Other than that it's beautiful!

Fast and easy to follow instructions
I was not sure what to expect, but my husband and I were so happy when we got my dress back. Even though its packed in a box, its still as beautiful as ever!
I can only tell you that the box and the packaging look amazing, but I was very sad to see that there is a pearl missing at the bust line with the thread sticking out. This was not the condition when I sent it in. My preservation of this dress is for my daughter's wedding one day. What do I do about repairing it without undoing the preservation? That disappoints me greatly.
Very impressive! The kit included easy-to-follow instructions at an affordable price. I was thoroughly surprised to see my dress again looking as beautiful as the day I bought it.
