Their service was fast, my dress looked clean and neat. However, I didn't appreciate a bright gold foil sticker being placed right on the front of my box. The first thing everyone sees is the sticker. I understand that you want to remind us to not open the box but I feel like it could be placed elsewhere.
Decent job boxing but the box looks cheap and it only showed the gown to the hips. The really beautiful part if my dress was the bottom.
It was so fast! Sent off my dress and veil. Came back about 2 weeks. It's presented very pretty! Just looking at it from time to time! My wedding was 2 years ago and was full of dirt under the dress and was said to havery an excellent cleanning. The only thing I have to say is that the box could look a little better when you have an expensive dress in it after all. Which is why I gave 4 stars, just saying. I am still happy And would have done it again. I know no one local could have done no where near as good of a job! :)
Everything was awesome and it only took two weeks from the time I dropped the dress off until it was sitting at my doorstep in a beautiful box. The cleaning was fantastic and mine got quite a few colored stains from drinks that spilled and they all came out. The only thing I didn't like was that I never got an email saying that it was being processed. Also, the tracking for the shipment was emailed to me but wasn't labeled who it was from so I didn't know that it was my dress. Overall great experience.
I am very pleased with the way my dress was preserved. The only thing I would change is that I sent in my veil to be put with it, and they put it over the front of the dress instead of draping off the sides like it would look on a person. My dress has details in the front, and the veil had details at the ends, so both things overlap each other on the display. But that's just me being picky. It looks great, and I am happy I did it. Thank you!
