my wedding dress was sitting in a dusty box for over two years. we had an outdoor ceremony so the veil and gown had dirt and grass stains. I sent my dress in and it came back all clean beautifully wrapped. I Am very happy with the service and care taken with the most important dress I'll ever wear.

I didn't like that my veil was lay over the dress versus behind it with it flowing around it other then looks good won't really know the whole off the job for years to come and or if I open it.
The Memories Preservation box I purchased from my gown retailer came with a form and instructions that were different from what my retailer told me about the service; even their business hours were wrong/outdated on the form. Because their form and instructions were outdated, it took a few calls with their customer service before they would offer me what I paid for, the platinum line.
