Everything was great. Super easy and the results are wonderful.
Great price! Cheapest I found and the box it's returned in is nice. I only problem is I can't see how clean they got the bottom, which was filthy because it recommends not opening the plastic. Overall great experience.
The cost of the kit was so reasonable and so worth it. My dress had red dirt on it for two years before I decided I was gonna get it preserved and it came back so beautiful and clean I love what you guys did and how well packed it is thank you so much.
For the price, you can't beat it! I bought the kit when it was 50% off (I bought 2 kits, 1 for each of my gowns). The order came to a total of $206 with tax I believe. It included shipping both ways, dry cleaning of the gowns (which if I took them to the dry cleaners would have cost around $100 each just for the dry cleaning), and preservation. The cost of the kit was very reasonable. The shipping box was very sturdy & quite sufficient for shipping the dress once I got it in the plastic bag. I decided to send my daughter's veil to be preserved with the dress but her veil was very small, only 17" long, so I felt the extra $15 for the veil was too much. The dress was returned in about 2 weeks which was a lot quicker than I expected. It is in a nice box with see-thru window.
Memories Gown Preservation did a beautiful job preserving my wedding dress! I couldn't wait for it to arrive, I had been imagining what it would look like. When the box was delivered, I couldn't open it fast enough! It was just perfect! I also had our name and wedding date added to the box. I was happy I did, it added just the right touch! I would highly recommend using Memories Gown Preservation to anyone who wants to keep their wedding dress looking exactly as it did when you said "yes to the dress" :))
My gown looks beautiful in the preservation box and I received it back very quickly. I'm very happy with their services!
