My experience was amazing! It took me a few months to get my dress sent in after our wedding- we moved into our first place together. In that mess, I lost the prepaid shipping label. All I had to do was call, a new label was emailed to me, I sent my dress out, and received it back in no time! Everyone was wonderful to speak with and very professional. My dress looks fabulous! Thank-you so much!

The gown looks beautiful the way it is preserved and boxed and even with the cheaper box option looks nice on display. I was initially very upset because the dress came with a small ribbon around the waist with some phrase about memories lasting a life time and I thought it ruined the aesthetic of the dress. However, I called with my concerns and they agreed to allow me to send the dress back with a ribbon of my choice and then shipped it back to me with my ribbon instead. Quick and easy! I mailed it right out, everything came back perfect and secure, and super quick!
Dress came back in perfect condition ready to be displayed. I got an email when it was going to be shipped back to me. It only took a little over a week for the whole process. I was impressed. The only regret I have is I wish I would have sent my veil to be packaged as well. Otherwise, I am very satisfied!
