Dress arrived in a sturdy outer box and the preservation box and gown look lovely. Glad that we purchased this preservation service when we purchased the bridal gown. Was concerned about sending the gown away to an unknown preservation service, but they did a great job. Thank you.

The process was pretty easy if you followed the instructions. The dress is definitely clean, they got out self tanner that was on the dress. However the skirt part is kind of bunched up in front, not neatly stretched out like I had seen in pictures or how my sisters was. It will be going into storage so it's not that big of a deal, but I was hoping it would look a little neater.

The box came back broken, but the plastic around it is still sealed, so I didn't send it back. It's going to sit up in a closet anyways, so I guess it doesn't really matter if the box is broken. The box they shipped it in was in good shape, so I don't know how the actual bridal dress box got torn, or how it was shipped out that way if it didn't happen during shipping. Not really worth the money if you buy the $99 box, I'm sure the more expensive packages look nicer though.
Wow. I mean, what a beautiful job, and the box... the whole process. It was quick and the results. A keepsake for life of the best day of my life. Thank you so much for the time and care you put in to make my dress so beautiful!!
