I sent my dress to them pretty dirty from an outside wedding. It was all cleaned and preserved and looks beautiful in the box.

Well done. The bottom of the dress was visible at the bottom just a little bit but I'm sure I'm just being overly picky. Very easy process. I'm pretty happy
My mother sent in my gown the week after our wedding and then it arrived to me about a week later. They even called me to confirm my address and when it was going to be shipped out. The gown looks perfect and gorgeous-- same elegant gown I remember when I tried it on for the first time. Makes me want to wear it all over again! I have it displayed proudly with my veil, shoes, and other items from the wedding. I would highly suggest using this company to preserve your memories!
