My stains were removed and my dress looks pretty darn clean.
You guys did amazing I had some yellowing and a bbq sauce stain I didn’t think would come out and it did. I also didn’t turn my dress in to be cleaned until 11.5 years after the wedding.
The service was quick and easy and the gown was returned very promptly. It's very nicely displayed in the box. Because we don't want to open the box we don't know how well the dressed was cleaned, so we can't comment on that.
From the very friendly staff to the preservation of my daughter's wedding dress the process was amazing, wish they would have had something like that when I got married, to be able to view the dress anytime is wonderful!
