The gown looks amazing and packaged very well. It looks like it will be safe for many years.
The experience of sending in my wedding gown was really easy. I had someone spill red wine on my gown. Although we treated it right away at the reception I didn't send my dress off for weeks after the wedding. I sent it off not really knowing what to expect at that point. I did have the package that took care of stains, etc.. When I received my gown it looks amazing, I could tell the stains were removed. Thank you for your awesome customer service and the ease of the process. I would recommend you to another bride.

My dress looks beautiful and is packaged nicely. I was surprised at how quickly my dress was returned.
I was so pleased when i got my dress back! It was very fast and it looked fantastic. i chose to do my veil too, and i regret not doing my garter after seeing pictures of what other people's dresses looked like. No one could believe how great the dress looked because they put the dress on something like a dummy or some type of filling so its shape is taken up. I also had my name and wedding date put on the box. It was well worth the money i spent to have my dress done, and even better i got the kit on sale at David's Brida... read more

My dress looks great however the box was dented on the back.
We sent our gowns at the same time. You did a fantastic job and got the gowns back to us very quickly. I would have liked to have seen the ruffles show a little more.
You all did a great job! It returned looking like a life size Barbie doll dress safely held in its box!
