The gown looks beautiful. We were advised of its arrival and departure back to us. We were even contacted to add personilazation after it arrived to be cleaned. This was great customer service since we hadn't really decided when we sent it in and were wishing we had added it. It will look beautiful for the next generation.
DRESS LOOKED BEAUTIFUL IN THE BOX. JUST WISH THE LINE HOLDING THE DRESS WASN'T COVERING MY DIAMONDS ON THE WAISTLINE. OVERALL VERY SATISFIED.

This is a great service! I liked the price, that is what helped me pic this company, along with the already great reviews. Easy to follow instructions and was returned to me in a timely fashion. I really was sad to pack my Wedding dress away, but it looks great displayed and sealed in a beautiful box. Looks clean to me, but without getting it out, I can not say for sure about the bottom.

I purchased the preservation kit through David's Bridal when I bought my wedding dress. After the wedding and the honeymoon once I got home I followed the easy instructions on the kit and shipped off my dress, veil and slip to be professionally cleaned, steamed and preserved. I'm thrilled with the result, the dress looks amazing the way it is packaged so I can still admire it and show it off- but I know it is safe for years! Thank you guys for the amazing work! 5 stars!
