I was very hesitant to send my mom’s wedding dress off in the mail knowing how items get lost all the time. I was extremely relieved when you emailed me to let me know the dress had arrived. Not long after that I received the dress back beautifully boxed and preserved. Since my mother has passed away it is one of my greatest treasures now. Thank you so much.
I didn’t know what to expect when I shipped out my dress but when I got it back it was beautifully displayed, I love it.
My only issue is, I paid to have signature delivery and when I got home my wedding dress was in a box sitting in my porch. I feel I should’ve received the service I paid for.
The box and everything is beautiful and you did a great job, but there is an added ribbon that is wrapped around the dress about the belt that was not there. and it makes it look like there are two belts. I hate the way that looks because it doesnt look like my wedding dress.
I had the dress done in 2006 after her wedding in September prior year. .it was beautiful and she was so happy with the great job done on her dress.. I didn’t include her veil which was as long as her train. January of this year, she passed away so I decided to take her veil and have dress redone to include the veil. I can’t explain the the work to put all that together but awesome. Thank you so much for making my daughters wedding, so memorable for me!
So glad I decided to get my gown cleaned and preserved through Memories Gown Preservation! The process was super simple and affordable and I love how my gown and veil look in the display box. I would definitely recommend them to other brides!
The dress came back beautifully cleaned and packaged, however it came back a size too small and 2 inches shorter. Im not quite sure how that happened but i kinda wanted to cry. I took it out the box and hang in a garment bag until my big day. But now i have to see if there is something that can be done to make the dress fit again.
