Very fast service. The gown looks very pretty in the box. I have not broke the seal on the box to see how the repair looks. I would rather keep the seal. Hoping all is well.
I was quite surprised and pleased that my dress was returned 2 weeks after I sent it in. I have no complaints and love how my dress looks in the box. I am very pleased by the fact that I was sent the shipping confirmation and the tracking number for the returning of my dress.
Turned out great. Love the way they were able to display the dress so you can still see the bodice.

The turnaround time was great! There was a spelling error the first time around, but Priscilla was extremely helpful and had it taken care of. Again, great turnaround time and very pleased with the final product. Thank you so much!
When I received my gown, everything looked great, but the box was bent and can't be straightened. In the future, better shipping packaging is needed.

I was a little afraid shipping my very expensive gown from California to Texas yikes! But Im glad i did! the turn-around was super fast and my packaged dressed return perfectly placed in the box. I just hope when i open it in 20 years the bottom part looks just as perfect. Thank you for a great job.
