The corners of the box are dented in. For the price, you could add corner covers for shipping.
The service was very fast, and the dress looks beautiful!
Extremely quick service. However would have liked a notification when dress was received and mailed back.
The whole experience was very easy and the end result is beautiful.
Every time I called the customer care team was polite & knowledgable. I received my daughter in law’s dress earlier than I expected & it looks beautiful in the presentation box. The only suggestion I have is it would have been nice to have the beautiful vail headband also in the front view of the preservation box. Many thanks!!
Packed beautifully but not sure how the plastic to wrap the box was ripped
Return process was quick. I don’t know how clean the dress is because it was preserved and I don’t want to open the box.
I ordered specific things and colors for the custom lettering and it was not done the way I had wanted or the correct coloring....
Easy to figure out, quick reliable and professional cleaning and preservation I am so very pleased with the service and the outcome thank you so much I highly recommend
