Fast and Easy... Can't speak to the quality of the preservation until some time in the future when we open the gown and see how well preserved....
You did an exceptional job from the time we mailed it to you until we received it back. It is in a nice box with a window in it. I was notified when you received it and then again when it was put back in the mail to me. I will definitely recommend it to other people.
You did an exceptional job on everything. It looks good through the window on the box. Of course, we have not opened the box and do not intend to. I would rate you at a five star.
I sent in the wedding gown belonging to my grandson's bride. I wanted to be sure it was handled carefully and treated accordingly. I was very pleased with the result as was my grandson and his wife. I received an email when it was received by your organization and one when it was shipped back to me. The instructions were easy to follow and everything included that I needed to send in the gown. All in all, a pleasant experience.
They did an excellent job cleaning my gown, and it even came in a pretty window box with the dress on a bodice form. It was a good price but I wish the add-on's weren't so expensive.
Overall quality and preservation of dress in display is very nice. I debated sending my belt in with the dress as the form did not have that listed as an accessory option. I am so glad I did because that part of the dress does show through the display window and the dress would not have been the same without it. I would highly suggest updating your form to state the estimated amount of the dress that is able to be seen through the window or add a box to check which includes the belt.
