It took me almost two years to send my gown in for cleaning and it had grass stains and dirt on it. It only took a few days for them to receive it and to have it back to me. It is beautifully preserved and cleaned! They did a fantastic job! I am so glad that I purchased the package when I purchased my gown! Thank you so much for keeping my gown as beautiful as it was on my wedding day!!
Very fast service, my wedding dress looks amazing. My sister can now borrow it when she renews her wedding vows in four years. I will definitely use them again when my wedding dress needs to be cleaned and preserved again and I will recommend them.

Simple and quick. I am amazed how well and secured the dress is in the box. I actually shook it around to see if it would shift arojnd, but it didn't. Didn't have any issues. I wish I could open it to see how well they clean my dress, but just by looking it at through the box, it looks like they did a good job. I don't regret buying the box. I know for sure my dress is going to be preserved for a really long time.
My gown looks wonderful and can now be conveniently and safely stored in my home. Worth the money!

Got my dress back it took it was a couple of weeks . Guess I will really see once a few years passes how it holds up . Not extatic about the placement of my veil it just kinda lated over the dress so dress is kinda smokey to see through the veil. Not to mention the veil has beautiful lace i would have rather seen it on each side of the dress so I can clearly see dress and showcase the beautiful lace part of veil.
