Overall I am happy. I think they could have done a better job after setting the dress in the box ensuring that the dress was centered. There was a small piece of lace that had detached in the front that I don't recall being detached when I sent it in, so that was a little annoying. Otherwise, I am happy it came back white and boxed up for safe, pretty storing.

After all wedding I packed up my dress in the easy all in one shipping bundle I purchased at David's Bridal. Shipped it off was constantly updated on the status of my dress. Then got it in the mail. It was so quick and my dress looked beautiful in the box. I love it. I am so glad we decided to purchase this service. I recommend it. Now I have it forever.
Great service! The instructions were very easy to follow and I didn't have to wait weeks to get my dress back. I like that I was able to add my veil and other garments I wore on that special day for a few dollars extra. Everything is now packed in one box and ready to be displayed at home. Thanks!

Overall my experience was great. I only have to complain about being charged an extra $15 to display my veil on top of the $100 I already laid. Other than that everything was good. I called to see about the status of my dress and the lady was very pleasant and helpful. I got my dress back in a very timely manner. I like how the box is sealed off in plastic too. Thank you very much!
