I waited over three years to have my daughter's wedding dress cleaned. It had a big stain on it, which is completely gone. It feels really good to have the dress contained and preserved. I appreciated being notified of when the dress arrived to its destination and when it was shipped back to me. I have a lot of confidence in this company and will use them again for my next daughter's dress!

The turnaround was very quick and the message on the box was correct. It looks beautiful from what I can see. I don't know if the bottom came clean because it's sealed but I'm assuming it did.

My gown wasn't stained or anything initially; I just wanted it preserved. Time will tell whether or not that was done well. From what I can tell, the gown looks spotless and is beautifully arranged in the window box. Also, the process was done quickly. Would recommend this service to other brides.
