The dress looks beautiful in the package but the paper fell from the top and hangs down. I can't fix it without opening the plastic covering.

I was very nervous about sending my wedding dress. I was very scared about other people messing up my dress or if it would get damaged. But it came back so fast and its more than I expected! I am completely happy that I finally sent it in to get preserved. I could not have been more happier with the results!
Love the preservation. Onlu complaint would be that you have to pay extra to put the veil in the preservation box. Overall, great and quick expereince

I loved the idea of mailing in my gown and having it preserved with the most up to date processes. However, I was a bit disappointed when I viewed my gown. The ribbon around the middle was twisted so I didn't like the way that looked. And the stuffing of the bodice had come out/loose on one side. So, it didn't look even. Thanks, Kim
