The gown was clean, but the front was wrinkled and crushed up against the packaging. I am not overly impressed.

Gown belonged to my daughter-in-law. It was processed and returned very promptly. It looks beautiful packaged in the box. The store had indicated that it was take up to a week to dry after it was dipped in the preservative. That was not the case since we seemed to get it back so quickly. Hope it was put thru the preservation process. We have no way to tell. Anyway she was very pleased with it and so was I. The price to do this was very good I thought.
