Eehh not super impressed. Happy that my dress is preserved. I could do without the tissue paper hanging out of the top of my dress and the ribbon all twisted.
This was the best experience ever, eeasy to box up and ship, received confirmation when my gown was received, also when it was shipped back to me, my gown was 20yrs old. I wasn't sure how it would come out, well it came out beautiful, I didn't realize how badly my gown discolored in the bag it was hanging in for 20yrs, until I received it back, AMAZING, that's all I can say,
My wedding gown turned out beautifully!! So much better than what I imagined when I purchased it through David's bridal! I love that I can still see my dress anytime I want without ruining the preservation! It's amazing!!!

It was extremely easy and affordable. Right before getting my kit I spoke with a local company that wanted to charge me $400 to clean and preserve my dress. I only paid $700 for the dress itself so that wasn't an option for me. After getting the kit I was a little apprehensive about putting my dress in the mail. Sending the dress was insanely simple. I got a discount for purchasing the preservation package through David's Bridal, where I bought my dress. From sending, to receiving, I got updates as to where my dress was and it was delivered back in good condition. The box was marked fragile, and the inside preservation box with my dress and other preserved items, was perfect.
