I am so pleased with my gown preservation. The personalized preservation box and the way the dress is displayed is absolutely stunning! I highly recommend the gown preservation service and it is so worth it to add on the personalized touch of our wedding date and names. Customer service is also top notch!
I was not impressed with the packaging, the top looked nice and neat (where the clear cover is) but the bottom was just squished into the box (you cant notice unless u fully open the box. My dress was not dirty but since i paid for the cleaning package i sent it in and i at least was expecting some glow or wow about it but it looked just as i sent it basically. I mailed in my dress, In 2 days I got a email stating they have it and are starting working in the cleaning process. I had my dress back and in my house in a week! I love the box and how it looks! They are amazing
