I was very nervous to shove my beautiful (expensive) dress in a bag and ship it! It is really hard to gauge how well the dress was cleaned since it is packed in the box and really the only stains were on the bottom and the train. With that said, it looks like the dress was cleaned well. The display is a little under what I had expected. I think that the dress could have been better folded. It looks a little sloppy but it's beautiful still. My friend had the same thing done and hers looked magnificent and perfectly posed.
It didn't take long and looks great. The make up from the top of the dress is completely off. I cannot open the gown to inspect it. I wish they would give a detailed paper saying what they found and what was fixed so I would know if all spots came out.

I had my daughter's wedding dress preserved as a birthday gift. The dress didn't make it in time for her birthday, so I wrapped up the paperwork, and let her know the dress would be arriving any day. It arrived about 5 days later and my daughter was absolutely thrilled with the presentation of the dress. she love the fact that she could look at her wedding dress for many years to come without risking damage. My experience was not so good in the first place. When I received my gown, there was a damaged on the gown done when they cleaned it and I was lucky enough that i easily spotted it for it was at front along waistline. So I sent an email to the customer service department of Memories Gown Preservation. I highly appreciate their prompt response to my concern and I mailed back my gown. I sent my gown in and got email updates letting me know the gown was received and status updates. An email was also sent when it was shipped back to me. Given that my gown was important to me I worried about it gettin lost so th updates were a blessing! My gown came back impeccably clean and packages for safe keeping. I'm so excited to have this wonderful keepsake! Thank you!
