I have yet to open the box and check since I don't plan on wearing my gown anytime soon but from the looks of it, they did a very good job. Quick turnaround.

My gown was beautiful when It returned. I am so glad I decided to have it preserved. If your planning on keeping your dress it is def worth having it preserved. It's a bit pricey but worth it considering you cannot even have it dry cleaned for the amount the preservation kit cost much less have t preserved. Great job will def be recommending it to fellow brides.
Shipping was super simple! My dress center back really quickly and in excellent condition!
When I received my gown back my box was damaged. I called costumer service and she was great so now I'm just waiting to receive it.
My dress came back really fast! I was aware of when it arrived and when it was on its way. I have been told it looks like it is in a barbie box , and who doesn't wanna be compared to barbie?!

I am very pleased with the packaging and preservation of my dress. I only wish the string that is sticking out would have been tucked in or trimmed.
