The dress came back and it looks stunning! Love how you did the sash. I'm very pleased with the preservation.
I'm kinda disappointed. I'm thankful to be able to preserve my dress with this company, but in receiving my preserved dress my box was bent in. Without removing the outside shrink wrap I can't tell if the front window of the box is open/broken from where the box is crushed in. I just expected more after spending so much money on my special dress & this presentation package.
The dress was cleaned and arrived sooner than expected. I was provided updates via email the entire time (when my dress arrived, when it was shipped out, etc.) and arrived in great condition. I am very pleased with the service I received.
The process was very quick and the box seems like it will keep my dress safe for a while. I do not like that the ribbon says the company name over and over again. I paid a good amount of money to get my dress preserved yet they felt the need to stamp an advertisement across the dress. I feel that the ribbon really detracts from my wedding dress! I almost didn't recognize my dress when I opened the box because the ribbon cinched my dress in at the waist and made it look like a princess cut. I am disappointed at how it look... read more

Everything was quick and easy, I would give a 5 star if The presentation was perfect. Since it is sealed, i can't smooth down the lace on the corset that is flipped up so I'm a little sad. It still looks nice and I'm glad it's clean and preserved.
