The gown looks great! However, the box was crushed on one side, exactly on the word "fragile" on the shipping box which then caused the preservation box to be indented in two places. The plastic wrap was not damaged so I'm keeping it as is. I'm sure this was a UPS error. Otherwise I'm very happy with the gown.
After waiting 1.5 years to preserve my daughter's dress (life happens) I finally found a wonderful business through David's Bridal. The gown was cleaned and preserved and looks wonderful. We also added her veil and the results were great! Thank you!!

Looks great really would have liked our dates and name on box but didn't feel like the price was worth it. However my dressed looked great except how it's put in there you can tell it's going to be very wrinkled and it's not a poof dress but that's fine just seems like a little don't for $100+

Everything from filling out the forms to mailing the gown were so easy. The directions were extremely organized. When I received the gown, everything was perfectly packaged.
Preserving my sister's wedding gown is a Christmas present this year. She was married in 2014 and I wanted to do something really special for her. When the box arrived, it was like reliving the wedding all over again. Brought tears to my eyes. Such a beautiful thing to see and a beautiful memory that she can keep forever.
