I got my dress back a lot faster than I thought I would and it looks like it did the day I bought it. Thanks for getting it cleaned and looking beautiful after is sat in a box for 20 years. Thanks, Beth
The work was excellent and the process easy. As part of my gift to my son and daughter-in-law, I took care of the cleaning and preservation of her gown. I dropped the dress at our local David's Bridal Shop. In a matter of weeks, the dressed was returned, clean and boxed in a beautiful display case with inscription to commemorate the couple and their special day. By the way, I felt that the price was quite reasonable.
I received my cleaned and preserved dress back very quickly. It looks beautiful and is nicely displayed.

Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I received periodic emails to let me know where in the process my dress was. I was surprised how quickly the dress was processed and returned back to me. It is sealed in the box. From what I can see, it is beautiful.

My gown is perfect! It arrived in a beautiful box that is shrink wrapped. I love being able to see my gown thru the window. It arrived on the exact day an indicated in perfect condition. I can admire it for years to come. Even if my daughter doesn't want to use my gown at her wedding some day, It will be a cherished heirloom that will be preserved forever.
