The gown was received beautifully displayed in the box, and appeared clean. Being that the box is sealed in plastic and not to be opened to interfere with the preservation, it is unknown to the customer whether all the stains and dirt were removed. I think it would be a great addition to return a picture of the gown showing the area most soiled after it has been cleaned, or include a report stating the condition of the gown at completion. I really enjoyed using your services. I didn't have to worry about my dress at all! The preservation kit was easy to use with clear instructions. I was able to package up my dress, drop it off at a UPS store, & track the process. My dress also came back in a timely manner and it looks so great! I was glad I had it preserved by such a great company!

This is a review of how it was packaged but not necessarily the cleanliness of the gown itself as I can not open the box for inspection to protect it from outside elements (my gown has beads all over so I will not know if they are all still intact and perfectly preserved all the way down to the hem) I can only trust you have done the cleaning perfectly and it looks that way thru the box window. The way it was packaged is excellent and will be a treasure to behold. Thanks again.

Gown Looks beautiful and is well sealed
Great experience. They let me know when they received the gown and when it was shipped back to me. I was provided the tracking when the gown was returned so I knew when to expect it. No delays, and it took about a month, which was quick.
