It was a quick process with updates when they received your dress which was nice. It turned out beautiful with my vail also preserved

They take care of everything, and it's wicked easy, which I loved. Everything looks great, and I like that I have a secure place to keep my dress that also allows me to still see it every day!
Very quick and efficient
My own looks so nice in the sealed and preserved box. Even has a viewing window so I can see it.
The gown was received beautifully displayed in the box, and appeared clean. Being that the box is sealed in plastic and not to be opened to interfere with the preservation, it is unknown to the customer whether all the stains and dirt were removed. I think it would be a great addition to return a picture of the gown showing the area most soiled after it has been cleaned, or include a report stating the condition of the gown at completion.
