The front of my wedding dress looks amazing! I wish that I could take it out and wear it again (if it fit)!!! I hope that it looks as gorgeous on the day I ask my daughter to wear my dress or part of it as it does now!!!
I had to have my daughters gown shipped back 3 times! Not because of the gown which looked nice but the box was crushed which is also unacceptable . Each time I spoke to customer service they were very apologetic and did send me the labels to ship it back and on the 3rd time after speaking to a manager who said she was going to personally inspect the box before it shipped I finally received a perfect box and gown. The bride needs the box not to be crushed! However the issue was resolved even though it took a few weeks.
My dress came back looking brand new and very neat and presentable!
From the time I sent my dress off to when I got it back was so incredibly fast! And the dress looks beautiful in the box!
