I got my dress back in no time. Less than 3 weeks. I love my dresss and I was surprised it fit into the preservation kit. The ups guy had to have my signature to be dropped off. I am glad they did this cause someone would have stolen my dress if it was just left outside my apartment door. My dress looks well taken care of and I thank this company for being in my budget. I had a couple hickups with my preservation, but they got back to me by the next day (it might have even been the same day) to solve the problem. My dress and veil look awesome and I am very satisfied with their service. (And to me, knowing that if you have a problem the business will respond and fix it right away is more important than anything else!) GREAT customer service!
I bought the kit at Bed Bath and Beyond. This was the cheapest gown preservation that I could find online and it had the best reviews so I decided to give it a go. I got my dress back yesterday and WOW! My dress looks stunning in the display window. Memories did an incredible job! What a deal too. I am recommending Memories to my friend who will be married at the end of next month! :)
