The dress came back very quickly and looked great. Somehow a crumb made its way into the plastic wrapping during packaging, though, so now I'm stuck looking at this crumb in the middle of my dress.
Gown looks great! I would have saved $100 on dry cleaning the gown before sending it in had I known that it wasn't necessary. Perhaps David's Bridal could alert brides to this when they purchase their gowns. Thank you.

Quick turnaround time and the gown looks great! I appreciated the package tracking as well. The process was easier than I expected.
Everything came out nice but stuff was falling in the inside of the box. I can't fix it so it doesn't look beautiful as I imagined it to look like.
