My dress and accessories look absolutely beautiful.
I was really excited to get my dress back but I was a little disappointed in how it looked when it came back. In the viewing area of where the dress is there is a large wrinkle in it so it doesn't look as good as I thought it would. Wish I could send it back but I'm not sure that they would fix it to be the way I would want it. I'm just glad to have it back
The dress looks so beautiful! I was so happy with how easy the process was of turning in my dress and having it cleaned. It was also very quick!! The only down to this is the ribbon that is right infront of my dress that says "preserving memories for a lifetime". I think it looks extremely tacky and takes away from the great work they did with the dress.
My experience was excellent and I recommend this process to all brides. I was a bit hesitant about shipping my wedding dress away but at this time I have to share that I am so happy I took the risk. The packaging and presentation is beautiful, thank you. You have made this bride very happy.
My bridal gown & veil look really nice the only thing is I wish they would have displayed my wedding jewelry.
My daughter's gown looks beautiful. I am really glad I decided to have it preserved. When her and my son in law come home from Germany, I can't wait to see her face! She does know I sent it to you but she hasn't seen it in the box. Thank You.

My wedding was several years ago. I had not taken the best care of it. I always had the intention to have it professionally cleaned, just never got to it. In a cleaning spree one day, I decided it was now or never. After shopping around, I decided to try the David's Bridal gown preservation package, even though I had not originally bought the dress from them. I'm so happy I did! The dress looks beautiful! The process was easy, and so worth it. They even got the yellowing out of the dress that had started.
