I got my dress back in a timely manner and it was absolutely perfect! However, I noticed there were box fragments on the dress as well as some hair that was not mine. I contacted customer service where they were very accommodating! They emailed me a return shipping label within the hour, I sent the dress back where they re cleaned it and re packaged it and I got it back within 2 weeks. I couldn't be more thrilled with this company and with my dress! It is absolutely Perfection!
This was so easy! I packed up my daughter's wedding dress, and shipped it off, cake on the hem, and all. There was great communication, I received an email when it was received, and another when it was shipped back to me. The whole thing only took a couple weeks, and it's beautifully preserved and packed in the box. Hopefully some day my granddaughter can wear it!!
Dress looks beautiful and it came back way quicker than expected. It was a very easy process. I got to use 20% off BBB coupon so that was great as well!
