I have to admit I was nervous about mailing my dress for cleaning, but as soon as I received the notice that my dress had been received and was in process of being cleaned, I was at ease. I was I informed via email when I would be receiving it back.... I received my dress, it looked beautiful and clean! Thank for for the quick and safe process!

Overall, Memories did what they said that they would do. Vacuum sealed my dress and veil in a box with a window. So, it is preserved and visible. However, they stuffed the chest area of the dress with tissue paper. During shipping, this tissue paper fell out and is stuck in order parts of the box and is visible. I don't plan on displaying the dress but if I did, it would look silly with tissue paper showing in the box. It would have been better if they didn't stuff the dress at all.
I sent my dress off and recieved it back within a week and half. They did a wonderful job cleaning it and putting in the preservation box. I would highly recommend doing the preservation kit. It is well worth the money for something to cherish for years to come.

My daughter's wedding dress came back beautifully boxed and sealed tight. This was a very easy process. The turnaround time was great. It was nice to get such quick service. I would easily recommend the service to anyone else. Her wedding day memories are nicely and neatly preserved.
I sent out my dress and it was cleaned and shipped back pretty quick. Unfortunately, when I got it back, the dress was all in a bunch at the bottom of the box. It had fallen off the silhouette shaper and I am unable to get it back on without ripping open the seal. The dress looks great, I just wish it would have stayed properly so it looked good in the front display window.
My gown came out beautiful. It just looks fantastic!
