I absolutely love the packaging and presentation of my wedding dress! They really did a great job. I do not just get to view a small portion of my dress through a tiny window, as most places provide, I get to see most of my dress mounted on a silhouette. I love it!
The dress is beautiful great job. Thank You. The only problem was that when I got your email that the dress was on it's way. I noticed that the address was wrong. the correct address was 6470 and you had 8470. I was able to get a hold of UPS while it was in route and get it corrected, got the dress on time and with no problem.
I was relieved the process was so quick, because you're trusting such an important (and expensive) item to be shipped back and forth. The presentation does look beautiful, but I was disappointed to see a small stain showing on the belt. I don't think I paid the extra money for the belt to be cleaned (I agree with the other reviews about all the small charges adding up... and I did pay for the upgrade), but the belt I shipped was overall pretty clean, and there was enough length to show a non-stained portion though the wind... read more
I had my dress back within the stated time. And I can't believe how well my dress looks?
I just celebrated my second wedding anniversary and the dress was still hanging on the door waiting to be cleaned from the wedding. When I searched locally for someone to clean it, I learned that only certain companies would clean a wedding gown and that there were none in my area so there were few options left for me. I found this company through David's Bridal and lucked out with a sale/deal. Bought the package, sent the dress, they sent an email when they received it and then again when they returned it. It was easy to set up and ship. The only thing I didn't like were the prices for small extras. I did want my wedding date on the box, but I could only nugget enough for the cleaning. It looks great, and house guests have already commented on how nice it looks. Thank you for doing it fast.
My daughter's dress looks wonderful! Of course, we haven't opened the box but it is nice to be able to see it. Service was very prompt. We would recommend your company to others. Fast and reasonable!
It was packaged very carefully. When opened up the outside box to see what it looked like. I wanted to put it back on. Now I know will be safe and I don't have to worry about my dress turning yellow or any damage to it. My daughter will get a chance someday to wear it if she chose to. Thank you for doing such a great job taking care of my dress.
