Very quick turn-around time! It's just hard to say how excellent the dress looks because you highly advise not to break the sealed box. I get that you have comments about the cleaning but maybe some pictures of after would be nice so you don't have to open the box.

I am very p,eased with this service. It was very easy to pack and send the gown. I liked that I was sent an email when it was received. It was cleaned and sent back very quickly. Again I appreciated the email that it was on it's way back. My only suggestion would be to send a picture of the cleaned gown. The bottom was very dirty and when it came back it was suggested that we don't break the seal on the box. Because your service was so good, I will believe that the dress is clean, even the dirty bottom.
I couldn't be happier with my preservation. Shows off my gown and my veil and I can see it anytime I want. I love knowing that it will stay in great condition even after I'm gone.
