My dress was shipped to Memories Gown Preservation, preserved by them and then shipped back to me within 2 weeks!!! I was shocked they were so quick! The presentation in the box and the way they arranged it with my sash and hair piece is beautiful. My only critique is that they left pin holes on the bodice of my dress where it looks like they had to pin it to clean it. It's only noticeable when you get close. I had purchased my wedding gown from Davids Bridal and they also sold me a preservation kit. I had bought it because my oldest daughter had stated that she wants to use my gown for her own wedding someday. I was very pleased with how it looked from what I can see. Thank you very much for doing that in a professional manner.
The dress was returned in about two weeks and it looks beautiful in the display box. I am very pleased!
Was very happy with service. Only concern is the tracking address/label sticker that was included that I attached to the box to ship from me to you, did not stick very well. I had applied the sticker and waited about two days to mail it and the label had partially come off, so I reinforced it with tape but if it had come off while shipping, my dress would have been lost, so that was a big concern to me.
everything went perfect. dress got there safe, got cleaned/preserved quick, & got back quick & safe. Highly recommend Memories Gown Preservation. My dress looks amazing & so pretty in its box!
The process of getting the dress to be cleaned was super easy and my dress was returned much sooner than I was expecting. I love this idea of being able to display your dress while also keeping it protected. Much better than keeping it in the back of my closet!
Extremely easy process and very quick turnaround time!! I recommend this preservation process to anyone! My dress is beautifully presented in its vacuum sealed box as well.
It was a quick turnaround and everything came out nicely. My only wish is that the names and date were at the top, not bottom of the box.
