MY DRESS WAS COMPLETELY CLEANED AND NICELY PACKED. CAME IN SOONER THAN EXPECTED.
The dress looks nice, however I was kind of disappointed because I had asked for our name and wedding date to be put on my box, and I included the payment. And when I called to inquire about the problem I just felt like I was brushed off. A wedding is a special occasion, and I just wanted that special touch added for additional memories.

I was quite pleased with the service that I received from this company. I was quite skeptical about mailing my wedding dress off, especially with a price tag over $1200. After the terrible service we received from the folks at David's Bridal, my husband and I were even more weary about the whole process. Preserving my gown was an emotional experience! I left my dress out to look at it often, but I knew I needed to preserve it. I followed the easy instructions in order to send it off. I wanted my bead bouquet to be with my dress, but there was not an option for that. I took a chance and sent it off with my dress. Plenty of room to box up the dress, my hairband, and my bouquet.
