Easy to follow directions to send the gown, affordable and presentation is beautiful when you receive your gown back.
It was beautifully sealed my dress and my vail look great! My vail shifted a little to the middle but it’s okay. Overall mailing the dress and receiving it back was easy. Thank you for your wonderful work!

How the dress and veil was arranged in the box where one can see it through the window was great.
My personalization was not what I wanted and when I sent the dress back to be fixed, they did it no problem and it turned out great!
