It looks clean, however I cannot tell if the dirtiest part of the dress is clean or not since that would involve taking it out of the package. My one major disappointment would be the fact that my dress was a tighter fitting dress and with the way it is in the package, it looks more like it was a ball gown. You also can't see some of the best details of the dress because all that is visible is the chest and stomach area of the dress. But I am glad that I was able to get it preserved and cleaned for a reasonable price!

The entire process was easy, and doesn't appreciate this the day before you leave on your honeymoon ? When we returned from our 2 week honeymoon there were the gowns delivered in perfect shape. The delivery driver left it out of sight and out of weather which was greatly appreciated. The 2 bridal gowns are preserved perfectly. Thank you
It was better than what I had in mind. They sent me a box with very clear instructions, I was surprise of how fast all the process went. I highly recommended. The only not great part of it is that I can't see how clean my dress looks now. But other than that I think is the perfect way to preserve my gown. I absolutely love the experience.
