It is nice to have my dress neatly packaged and in a box that displays it easily. I am disappointed, however, in the overall look of the dress and box. My dress, which I bought through David's bridal, does not look as pretty as the ones in the email you sent me. The shrink wrap around it is bunched at seams, which does not look very neat. Also my dress does not look very appealing in the box. There is tissue paper hanging down from the top of the box that is distracting. Great experience with everything! The package gives you everything needed to ship, processing was quick, as well as delivery. The tracking number kept my worried mind at ease knowing where my dress was. I really was impressed with how my dress and veil looked in the preservation box window. I particularly liked how the veil was draped so you could see the detailed edging while still complementing and not obscuring the dress.
