I'm fairly pleased. The box arrived a little smashed on one side but I don't mind. It went straight to the closet anyway. But just because of the kind of person I am, I'm itching to open it and make sure there isn't a huge iron burn on the back or something crazy....I didn't though. My dress looks nice through the window and I'm glad it's conveniently preserved and packaged for years to come.
AMAZING service!! I would recommend this to every bride to be. It was so so easy. I bought the service when I bought my wedding dress. Everything I needed was included-down to the bag, twist time, and box tape. The turnaround time was so quick. And I loved that they let me know that they received my dress.
Love how quick the turn around was, and I fell in love with my dress all over again when it arrived at my door. It looks so beautiful in the box!

My dress arrived the first time and the box was completely bent up and the personalized was not straight. I called them and they sent me a shipping label immediately to return it. They re-boxed my dress and re-personalized it and sent it back to me in a timely matter. It looked great. Very happy I went with this service.
