Amazing! I wish there was a piece of paper to give detail about not removing the plastic cover. I took it off by mistake and then had to tape the box shut.

My wedding dress came back so clean and beautiful! Absolutely in love with the fact that I can keep it forever. I do suggest sending your wedding dress here because it is affordable and they do an amazing job!

They did an amazing job! I love my results. My train is what needed the most attention but my entire dress was clean,packaged,and preserved. I am so in love and I am tempted everyday to open it. It is perfectly boxed twice and wrapped in plastic like a Barbie box. They also cleaned my veil and boxed it for me as well. They also added a ribbon belt on the waist of my dress. I have the belt but decided not to include it. I wish I had.
After 3 years I decided to send my dress off. I was emotional about it being out of my possession. I sent my dress and veil. Shortly (like less that 2 weeks) it came back. More beautiful than I could have imagined. Also, at the time of mail I asked to be called for payment instead of me including it and they did. Several times be used I couldn’t catch the call. Very helpful and very sweet. Love love! Thank you so much!
I'm a little concerned about the quick turnaround. After I got confirmation that the Gown had arrived there it was only the next day or so then I got a message that my gown was ready and was being returned. I also paid extra for the Muslin cloth and there's no way of knowing if it's in the box or not.
My dress is beautifully cleaned and preserved. A beautiful job to have forever
