My gown came back faster than I thought it would and it was perfectly cleaned and preserved. I love it.

the service was fast and from what i can see, my dress looks great.
While I cannot for sure say that my dress was returned to me in excellent condition (it's inside the unopened preservation box), I can say that my dress was cleaned and returned to me in a timely manner and all of my interactions with Memories Gown Preservation were very professional. The preservation presentation of my dress looks great.

I can't believe how easy everything was. I was recommended by a friend to use Bed, Bath & Beyond and decided to try it. Everything was perfect, professionally handled and the dress and veil came back beautifully placed in the preservation box. I would recommend you upgrade to the premium,as the insurance coverage is higher!!!
My dress looks amazing, after I bought it from David's bridal and started with alterations I realized there was a big spot on the main part of the dress. The alterations department tried to get it out 3 times and they were unsuccessful so I had to pretty much just deal with it. When sent to get preserved it had spot still , came back all preserved and the spot is completely gone. I think they did an amazing job cleaning my dress
My dress looks gorgeous!! I absolutely fell in love all over again!! Thank you for making our memories last a lifetime!!!
