very fast service
The packaging of my wedding gown was beautiful. I'm very happy with the way the dress looks and the veil. Thank you!
My parents had this done for me. I live in a different state, and I am just getting to visit them and see my dress. It looks good, except for the belt NOT being centered around the waist and part of the sweetheart bust is not laying flat. It's folded over a little bit. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for these issues.
The process was simple with a good turn around time. The packaging is wonderful and it looks great. The only problem I had, is my belt is positioned off center, and I have to leave it or break the seal to fix it. It ruins the whole look of the box.
