Shipping was so easy, and I got my dress back so fast! It looks stunning in the box that I don't want to open it and check it all out. But from what I can see the stains on the front are gone! Great job!
Everything was good with my dress it had a lot of dirt from grass and you guys did an amazing job. The timing was good everything came back fairly quick. Also I am not sure how you fit my gown in there but that takes skill thank you!

I sent 2 dresses in to preserve. 1 dress was a couple years old, and the other a couple months old. They did a phenomenal job preserving both dresses. I wish we could have opened the box to look a the whole dress, but we can't or what's the use of preserving? The turn around time was great, and the status with email was good. They let you know it arrived, and that it shipped. I sent 2 dresses, but only received 1 email.
The gown preservation services were prompt. The packaging is very attractive. Its as if you're looking at a live Mannequin.
